My one little word for the year is alive, so I'm trying to spend more of my time doing things that make me feel alive and less time doing things that are just draining or mind-numbing (e.g. Facebook, scrolling through Instagram, spending way too much time on the internet...I think you see a trend here).
One thing I've figured out so far is that I feel much more alive when I am doing, rather than consuming. When I am running, or creating Project Life pages, or painting, or baking, etc. So I decided that I need a project to work on that will get me doing more and consuming less.
Here's the plan:

Here's the plan:
- 20 projects to be completed by the end of 2016. That breaks down to 8 for the rest of 2015 and 12 next year, or approximately one per month.
- These projects might involve making new foods. Or photography. Or DIY/craft projects. Or growing things. Or whatever else strikes my fancy
- There are really no rules for what defines a "project." The main goal is to consume less and create more.
- I'll share my progress here on my blog, so you all can follow along.
