March is always a long month. No (work) holidays. Nothing special happening. Not quite spring. Not quite winter. Unless you're in Boston, where it was very much still winter...
Feeling alive,
on Sunday long runs. It always feels so good to get moving and there's something special that happens when I make it past the four mile mark. The whole world becomes a better place.
on sunny days. There is just nothing like a bright sunny day in the middle of winter.
while doing creative things. For some reason I don't think of myself as a particularly creative person, but I really enjoy spending time on creative pursuits.
while browsing the local Paper Source store. Why have I never been to this store before? I love paper products and Paper Source is like paper heaven. My love of paper must contribute to my inability to give up actual books. You know, the kind made out of paper. I just love all things paper.
whenever I get out of the house. Some days I had to force myself out, but it was always worth it and it was never as cold as I expected.
on the rare "warm" days. The temperatures got up into the 40s several times and it felt like summer! It is time to come out of hibernation.
P.S. ALIVE in February
Alive is my One Little Word for 2015. One Little Word® is a concept created by Ali Edwards in which you choose a word to focus on and reflect upon for the year. You can learn more about it here.
